| + | The FCARC participated for the first time in the 67th Annual Appleton Flag Day parade. Our goal was to promote amateur radio to the community, and attract more people to the hobby. | ||

Being hams, we talk to people. An informal rag chew net ran throughout the parade route. All conversations were clearly amplified and heard by patrons on both sides of the street.
