The FCARC is holding ham exams Saturday, January 29, 2022 at Maplewood Middle School, 1600 Midway Road, Menasha, 54952.

We will continue to practice our Covid-19 virus protocol by maintaining safe distancing and highly recommend the use of a mask. If you are feeling sick, have a fever, or have been in contact with someone who has tested positive for Covid, STAY HOME! Test areas will be marked and sanitized between each use.

Pre-registration is preferred but walk-ins will be allowed. Those that pre-register will be tested first.

Please read the following carefully:

A picture ID and a FCC Registration Number is required. FRN's are free and can be obtained from the FCC website at https://apps.fcc.gov/coresWeb/publicHome.do. An email address is required as well. Applications will not be accepted by the FCC without one.

Cost of the exam is $15.

You will need to provide your own pencils and/or pens and calculator (cell phone calculator apps are not permitted) and cell phones must be off.

IF YOU ARE UPGRADING YOUR LICENSE YOU MUST PROVIDE A COPY OF YOUR CURRENT LICENSE.

Failed exams can be retaken if time allows. You will be charged $15 for each retake.

Start time is 8 am. Registration ends at 9 am.

Send your pre-registration requests to wj9k.mail@gmail.com or call Rick, WJ9K, at (920) 809-1010. Please leave a message and I will return your call.

Updates will be posted here on the www.FCARC.Club Website.
